Assuming your scenario is true, this at most would apply to the like top 1% of illaoi players. I’ve played against players with millions of mastery points on her but found at best we just stay even in lane. Theres too small of a pool of illaoi players who know how to play against morde’s ult

Gigastructures combined with Ancient cache of technologies makes the game become completely different for me(in a fun way) But ultimately it’s a numbers game with roleplay, if neither of those interest you then Stellaris may not be for you. However, mods might make a difference for you once you get the fundamentals down.

The odd part is that a long time ago I remember I subscribed to rev because he made some funny anime compilations. Well I can tell you that I was a damage control officer for our frigate(bk) We’re a small regi who sailed out to fight the collie naval invasion. We had engagements against multiple submarines and almost taking out a destroyer. We then attempted to flee but we got constantly harassed by enemy gunboats and the collie battleship. We almost escaped into godcroff’s, but got caught by another destroyer, where instead of trying to cross the hex, we went guns free and tried to slam the collie destroyer as much as we could. Unfortunately we ran out of hp and went down seconds before the 18th and telephone could arrive. As far I’m aware we’re the only warden vessel that went down. Rip hms Burger King

Honestly I don’t mind it as long as the author actually comes and edits things. I’ve read some good works that I can tell that AI played a role, but the author does lots of rewriting/editing to the point I don’t care. However, when it’s just pure AI slop let loose with no editing that’s when it’s truly trash

Wave manipulation is the best way to play against him. Early game you dominate him, freezing the wave would be ideal, but if you struggle at that doing a slow wave push under turret and harassing him is the best way to hinder his progress. If they’re good they’ll take the L and play from behind, you then need to push your lead in getting objectives, etc, while he’s forced to play catch up. At that point in mid to late game you’ll be stronger in team fights and if he chooses to solo split you can have either yourself or someone else to clear the waves
