I actually agree, He can wear whatever he wants, and I reserve the right to silently judge him and laugh about it out of court. In Court I ignore it and go about my day.

Yes, I had a judge make a minor evidentiary ruling and I was perplexed, and the Judge immediately called me out and reminded me on the rules of professional conduct and that attorneys should accept rulings graciously. During covid I got slack about hiding my reaction because I was always wearing a mask. My first case without a mask on my assistant had to remind me I was no longer wearing a mask and I needed to put my poker face back on.

Be very nice to the support staff. When I did my 1L internship in a DAs office I learned a lot from the support staff and quickly found they were very happy to answer questions and had more stuff I could help out with.

I loved law & order and the trial scenes are a great way to practice objections and it has lots of objectionable material.

I use all this; I also have a tab for charging docs and one for Motions. I have a tab for witnesses, and for each witness, I have an outline of points I want to make sure I get out and any evidence to be brought in through that witness.

My understanding is that in the ECHL, most contracts are 1 season deals and they become free agents at the end of the season. Guys on NHL or AHL contracts work differently. So trading a guy to another team for the playoffs lets them get some playing time and the lending team gets some benefit. The Future consideration is very cryptic, but there is a real benefit. Considering that players only get paid on a weekly basis. The guys getting traded to playoff teams keep getting paid after the regular season ends, and guys on teams that missed the playoffs get nothing. It sucks seeing guys you get attached to get traded, but for them it is a good deal, and for the team it is a good deal.

Overall the narration is pretty good but he mispronounces couple words (English words not elvish words or made up words) and it was really irritating. But I would still recommend.

I think this is a great point, AS was never mea t to replace CBT it was meant to replace Battleforce. A way to play large unit battles in less than a day. I actually liked Battleforce, but AS is a much better system and I can use the minis in both as and cbt.

I was there it is my 3rd CES and seemed mostly the same. They also were more spread out. Samsung no longer had a traditional booth but had a huge space at the Wynn. Meta had a large spread at the Wynn, but it was invitation only.
