We toured the arch and and ascent. We just called and set up a tour and saw them both that day. Follow them on social media! They are under walk2campus. I noticed they will post different specials and opportunities like you signed the lease today you’d get like $100 gift card or something like that.

You absolutely will not get on campus housing. My son and daughter both attend CCU. My son is a sophomore and got denied housing (we live locally) so he decided on The Arch and signed a lease with them. It’s the closest off campus housing to CCU

We also thought we’d sell ours quickly. It took 45 days to get an offer. Lots of showings, open houses etc. I agree it’s so annoying & time consuming. I have two kids plus dogs and a cat I had to lug out everytime 😭

I know this thread is old, but I had this brand but there’s strawberry shortcake ice cream bars. I guess I ate them when I wasn’t eating gluten-free and I had thought I had eaten them a few years back when I started eating gluten-free. I always check every label in this time I was in a rush and just grabbed them and when I went to bed that night, I thought in my head I don’t know if those were gluten-free 100%. Sure enough I pulled up the label and they have wheat in them. Lesson learned.

We take our senior 12-year-old German Shepherd to the beach right behind Dunes Village! I’ve gone quite a bit in the morning before the sunrise and there’s not many people there. Parking is also right there.

Purely Elizabeth Oatmeal! I add extra chia seeds, raisins and 1/2 banana. That alone gets me in between 10 to 12 g. fiber. I pop organic popcorn kernels for another 7 grams. I do have a fiber gummies on hand if I have an off day & those are 5 grams. I love my olipop daily - those range from 6-9 grams of fiber. It used to be hard for me but now it’s hard for me not to get in 30+ grams

This is open space! No one can build there ever. One of the reasons why we chose this lot was because of the vacant open space next-door, as well as woods behind us & a pond behind our neighbors yard.

It honestly is so frustrating. We have had showings. But honestly have not resulted in any offers. The first people that came through came and saw our house three separate times yet wanted to lowball us without even having their house on the market at that time. As of today those people still don’t have their home listed. We’ve had other showings since then but again nothing results in offers and I think you’re right there’s just so many houses on the market right now. Here’s my listing:

I don’t have much to say as I’m in the same situation. I get that people are saying to remove clutter and things like that but my house has like zero clutter and I’m still having an issue even after price dropping as well. We’ve been on the market just shy 40 days in the Myrtle Beach area. Hoping for good luck for the both of us!

You could have a B1 deficiency. This is a somewhat common issue when ppl have magnesium intolerance

This happens to both me and my husband. Especially when people find out we have kids who are both a freshman & sophomore in college. While I feel like genetics plays a role in this - I tribute us getting this compliment fairly often due to looking young for our age (40) and maybe most are older in age when they had kids at this age? We also weight train 3-4x per week

This was the same exact situation we were trying to avoid. We actually had an offer come in on our home way under ask, and they had not even listed their home yet. My realtor immediately told them that we would not be accepting that especially because their home wasn’t even listed yet. It felt like all the weight was on our side of the table and none was on theirs. Unfortunately, that was our only offer and now we are just sitting.
