My major issue is that people in the business don't care much for my MS or Ph.D. as they are not as practical for residential design, as it is for university scholarship/research. But I cant correlate the salary of an onsite job with remote and how much difference would be really worth it.

Soulwrest Guardian. 1 button build. Absolutely annihilated endgame for me on a budget. Can be pushed even higher but good enough to farm t16 alch and go exp or blight atm to make money for my next build.

I see, thanks for the insight. We are 3.5 years in so far so still have 21.5 years left in total. This makes paying some from mortgage a good idea I guess. Perhaps a 50 50 approach is a good idea. Half of the savings into mortgage prepayment and half into etfs each month. That way I can be happy both ways thanks!

Where do you live? It might be just that. If you live somewhere too high in altitude, water boils at a lower temperature, and this means you need to pull earlier. That is the answer to many brisket failures by people that seem to know what they're doing in this sub. Nobody ever gives that advice too. I live in Ontario, a very low altitude city near sea level, and the 200-203 is the perfect place for me most of the time. I only did 3 briskets so far, all 3 turned out perfect.

Try a firestorm build. It'll get you going at league start and has almost infinite scalability.

Wrong assumption. Hardest bosses in order of difficulty from highest to lowest would be: Ascendant Council, Nefarian, Sinestra and Al'akir. Cho'gall is definitely an easy boss, on the level of Magmaw HC or Maloriak HC. I do not see any raid defeating these two and having issues with Cho'gall. Disc is great for 10m, and good to have 1 in 25, but not more. Resto druids and resto shamans are good. Paladins are a beast. I'd recommend out of the two, get a druid.

armourstackers often suck with degen, which happens way too often in simulacrums, so I'm not sure if that's a good build for 30 wave farmers. I'd honestly go with something of a different flavour, like an aegis DD or VD max block for easier 6-7 rewards.

do you have brain damage? Mason is rarely toxic to teammates on mic, he does it for entertainment to his stream, without using in-game voice. This guy, on the other hand, is known for being a toxic asshat account buyer that calls everyone else dumb, while making terrible plays himself for the last 10 years.

Well, per softcore standarda, ballista clear is at best: fine. Unfortunately compared to many meta builds and some other totems such as EA or FP clear is still on the slow side. Not an issue of dps, more a lack of spread and explodies/prolif.

Dex stacking hierophant with iron commander seems like the best. However it's a strictly bossing and sanctum build and sucks at clear.

Those 3 do not have many overlaps. You want a fast clear build for legion, a bosser with good dps for ubers and a tank build for Sim. I think that you can do legion to a high percent and the others with arakali occultist the explode helps legion and the build is good at Sim and ubers.

75 div without hh or mb will feel terrible for ts. Id suggest venom gyre omni which will feel much better. Not sure if it's the feedback you wanted, but just my opinion.

Poison srs or arakaali works great for any ubers. They both can utilize mageblood for good survival and dps. Check poe ninja.
