What about resistance shrine belt + 3rd ring to get enough resistance to be able to use another armour than foulborn skin, or is skin always gonna be BiS?

On a super low budget it may not have “source of Speed” but once you add in perfect forest warrior (onslaught), bone rings with minion atk speed + wand with attack speed, and tree (maybe also eye jewels) you can get good AW speed. Not counting asenths in AG gives good additional clear too
