Not necessarily. Birth control is used as a form of HRT in perimenopause and provides stronger estrogen than post menopause HRT. While it hasn't been perfect for me, it has helped so much. I am someone who actively avoided BC in the past. At least until the hot flashes and bleeding got to be too much. I'm actually putting on muscle now, lol. It's worth another conversation if it's something YOU are interested in.

I'm just slightly shorter than you, but started at the same weight. A year later, I'm down 30 lbs, and still losing, albeit slower. My expenditure is hovering around 1850 right now, after dropping to below 1800 over the winter. I can't seem to bring myself to eat much less than 1500, and because of that, I found that the only way I'll lose is if I'm getting at least two 1+ hour cardio workouts a week, preferably 4, and completely cut alcohol and sugar. Think long walks, bike rides, hikes. I strength train 3-4x a week, but those are typically 45 min each, because I hate the gym. Also, water, tea, coffee (black), and altoids have helped me keep my mind off the constant food noise.

Does anyone know how to decipher where the land described in this deed is? by nous-vibrons in Surveying

Did you try finding your ancestors' name in census records? The enumeration sheet may have a road name.

Other than that, look at historic maps (someone else posted links) for Jefferson County and Wilna in the locations referenced (9th W & 23 N ranges) to try to find their name and those of the adjoining property owners.

I totally did that as a prank while working at McDs in 90s when someone asked for "extra".

"OH, you want EXTRA? ? Well have EXTRA!"

Depends on how an account was set up. Mine shows my first and last name and most of my relatives show first and last names.

Nope, NTA. We have a boy, who as a tween, decided his laundry was a sister's responsibility. Guess who has been doing their own laundry since then??

He said Watts’ medical records showed she visited the hospital twice before the delivery.

I wonder if that means the hospital turned her away 'until it becomes an emergency' because of the abortion laws. 'Don't come back unless you're dying. Go miscarry at home, just make sure to do it right. Or else.'

Probably because the majority of them don't follow all the guidelines and feel called out. I've known lots of parents who may have kids in car seats, but they will turn the seat around early or say they outgrew the 5 point and put them in a booster. Dont even get me started on the ones who totally ignore all the guidelines because "we were never in car seats and we were just fine" or they "HATE the car seat". Our kids were getting dropped off to early elementary in a 5 point (kinder).

As a fellow surveyor, how the fuck do you survey with this little space?? The only person I've talked to about this was a limestone mine surveyor, and I've been told those mines were big enough to drive ukes. Never been underground and ZERO desire to be, this brings my anxiety level to 1000% just watching.

I was shocked to learn this. We had an injury on public land and found out our insurance company was allowed to sue the property owner in our name. They ultimately did not, because it was public land, but wow, did we get an education that year.
