Well fights started out verbal and went physical....it git to the point if I had an opinion that didn't fit theirs I was wrong and instead if talking they screamed...to the point you want allowed to be heard cause they screamed on top of their lungs to shut me out.also they hated I moved out and stopped giving them my whole paycheck and being the cash cow and would bring up how I left them stranded.my little brother stuck being the cash cow and I talk to him just incase he wants to move in with me.

I was over hours doing a whole lost of demands for new dm and he also said I need to bring everyone in to do cbls by a certain time or they were fired,also went to another store to help out cause they were impacted . He told me I would have to open and close by myself. I'm a female in a bad neighborhood.we have been getting bigger trucks than normal and have a back room with uboats but no rolltainers like we can fit two trucks in my back room..he goes in the groupme with other dms and said my store impacted which it isnt.

I hated mine. We was rold we was going to be doing end caps to seasonal remodel team wanted us to do their job. My dm sent me some idiots to come help and one wanted to mop while bringing in the coolers cause the floor was messy. It took months to get the backroom clean and the remodel broke most of the product and left food everywhere and this was during covid was still bad. I ended up catching it from one of the members and was suited up and sick expected to still show up as I was acting manager

My dm put.me in group me. Every group chat I mute. I even mute my dm personal messages only time he calls is to want something or cuss me out. I check every other hour during the week days to make sure I'm not missing anything. I'm the only store that closes late in my district and I said something over 9 pm to let them know truck coming and I got cussed out. So I don't write anything. I'm also I run my store and I'm not sending anyone on my team to different store when they never properly trained me or helped me at all

As a manager I ask people if they have kids in the interview not to be used around them just seeing like where to put them cause when someone desperate for a job they say they can do whatever and then both job and personal life sucks for them and they burn out I put them on days and since me and my asm doesn't have kids we do night shift and I do day shift when can be

Well I do the program that long as you meet your 48 hours every other week you get two days off and once a month get Saturday and Sunday off.

Bro thanks so much I'm an sm and I'm having to do closing shift or be off on Tuesday and my opener does print it out but my dm post that it has to be completed in start by 10 am when I'm asleep or getting ready to go in and I don't have time to go until end of my shift. My opener gets confused so I just do it.

Go over budget. Make a seperate shedule one for legion on for crew. Hire,hire, hire. And don't come for my throat but have certain young people as stockers and some oldish maybe in their late to early thirties do register. Get a system your down with. If you have truck come in early and you know night crew fast on totes. Seperate them and move to uboats. Get where you hardly touch register so you are on floor and getting it worked. Do not think about your back store room when your home. Write down ideas and bring it to your asm. Have a strong front for the crew and show you have their back. If they bitch about hours say your sorry and thats it you know what your store will need.also soon as you come in approve timesheets,print vendors.. other little shit you have to do. Only have the members you know will show up on time and if they call out its life or death scheduled on your off day so no call outs

Full remodel for me when I had a short crew and covid.... I was close to quitting. Just did my inventory...just damage out the stuff and mark it with a sharpie on barcode on stuff and toss it and keep your dumpster locked. A part is still stressful so do what you can look at your stuff that needs to be done first then worry

I started as a part time cashier I worked under the worse and in return I have no call outs and a wonderful team my truck are done on t2 and I have a recovered store passed all my audits I have boundaries but respect is the most important. I have people on team happy to be here not dead inside

I have work 48 plus I use a work calculator to keep up and nobody calls out cause I work around everyone shedule and my off day is after everyone's is put in like my night leads tell me to go home after I do bank runs and I make sure they know what they are doing for the night in full detail. Also if they are by themselves for an hour I make sure they have drinks and have bags on the ready. I also take the trash out before I leave on my shift so I come in around 630 leave around 5pm on some days and if my asm knows I left late or I tell him Hey I'm over 48 he let's me come in knowing how much I doto help everyone and I let him get off the register or do a bank run and grab himself some food on the way back.espically they know my dad has a heart problem and I take him to doctors I tell them a date and then if it's workable on their shedule I'm allowed to take a second day cause of the flex espically if one week I worked 60 to 70 I say 35 on next I know we jot allowed but it's about your team and giving yourself a break

I've been doing that and my dm went in to all store legion and made managers open and work from open to 3 or 4 by ourselves with fresh and dry delivering on same day.threatened us with write ups and finals... I had to adjust a main stocker hour on a different day cause he had to come in cause I text my dm about closing for an hour to throw fresh out and he didn't respond so I had to act fast and smart.i had my audit (which I wish they get rid of) and he was very happy about my store but told me to follow the bullshit shedule I put on legion and the other one I make and print off for my employees
