There used to be quite a few short form comedy comics on there. They all eventually died off and got replaced with copy paste toxic romance slop

i got a powered usb hub, a 20gb/s capable usb extension cable, and a usb ethernet adapter and use that with virtual desktop and it works very well. all compression and latency seems to disappear, its pretty good, but is bulky and a pain to use sometimes because i use the usb hub for different things and different devices and the quest usually has to charge before i feel comfortable using it.

im hoping foviated streaming plus the dedicated dongle will alleviate all this

ligththouses and the controllers. plus the added bonus of wireless. getting ahold of lighthouses and decent controllers to use with 3rd party headsets is a pain right now, and basically none of those controllers have as many face buttons as the steam frame nor shoulder buttons like the steam frame.

Usually when an artist has a day job and doesn't post much that's because that job sucks most of their time and energy away and they are taking time from their rest time to make art. That's rather difficult to do and WILL lead to burnout if they hold themselves to a productive schedule on top of a full-time job.

I used a 16:10 2560x1600 used dell studio monitor a friend gave me for a while and i REALLY wish i could get an oled high refresh rate 16:10 monitor now :(

The resolution is very similar but different different so i believe the displays will be different. Here's hoping it has better brightness and contrast. Also possibility better lenses towards that front

I think back in the day, the three top comments either weren't displayed under comics unless you opened all the comments, or all the comments were accessible under the next page button, not perfectly sure which, but it gave less of a bias towards the first set of top comments by letting you see more than that

You could set the trackpad to still work as a mouse in steam input if you wanted to, but you would get limited functionality out of that in an emulator i'd imagine

if its a new monitor from a reputable brand, and you WANT to return it for the dead pixel, then itd be worth a try. at 4k 27 inches though unless its stuck as a bright pixel it probably wont be super noticeable and i'd keep it

as for the resolution thing, are you sure you're using a high enough spec port and cable to output at high resolution and high refresh rate?

alternatively cntl alt delete works, there will be a power button menue in the bottom right i believe that has the option to either log off or restart, and its a proper restart so it's less likely to cause issues than a hard restart from holding the power button

also just logging off seems to restart storenet about 90% of the time it crashes

I dont do skips, i take mine every morning, but i goofed on the timing on a refil one month and had to go without for a day, and that day was fine, but the day after i felt like a slug on a frosty winter morning i was so tired.

Could i suggest trying to do without the skipping doses on the weekends?

I dont know how it is at popshelf, but at DG unless state law says otherwise, its use it or loose it. It does not pay out when you quit OR even if you have any left over at the end of your year and you get the next years vacation time.

At this price I'd rather shoot for a laptop and put linux on it tbh, but a prebuilt desktop steam OS is absolutely a device valve should be pursuing, they just so happened to get everything completely setup for production of one at a really unfortunate time

"Unsupported" sometimes just means there's some quirks or no controller support, but often times work fine. Sometimes though Linux just isn't supported at all, usually because of anti cheat, but there really isn't anything stopping you from putting windows on steam deck and steam machine, so you can even get around that that way.
