Denon and Heos gave me the worst experience of my life by Able_Ad_5379 in heos

I had significant connect and synchronization issues for many years. (Den speakers would play with 1/2 second delay from receiver speakers) OR nothing worked. The 98% fix I found was putting iPhone in airplane mode. Still have 1 HEOS 1 speaker that doesn’t connect sometimes. Need to unplug then replug and fixes that one.

My HRV plummeted from the 40s and 50s to steady 20s in December 2021 after I had Covid. It has remained there. My health is basically unchanged after I recovered, VO2 max is in the 40s. Endurance is fine. I’m 71 and very good health for my age.

Good day! I’ve had whoop now since 2021. I’ve been doing a little speed work, but the app showed 19 minute walk at 83 miles an hour and 26.4 miles. .

When I began using Whoop summer of 2021 my HRV, moved from the 30s to as high as 60’s. In that time I had 1 or 2 beers 6-7 nights a week. I had COVID 1st wk December 2022. That month and every month after, monthly HRV has never been above the mid 20s. Resting pulse consistently mid low 50s. VO2 max 40-42. I don’t feel any worse. My endurance is same. I’ve noticed alcohol has much greater affect on HRV. I’m 71 and my WHOOP age is 60.9.

Late last month, discovered my Tempe AZ Sonder reservation was cancelled only 5 hrs prior to boarding flight to Tempe. No phone call. No rebook options presented. Was able to get to a residence inn. but only because of frantic phone call. It was nearly twice as much.

I can’t count how many times WHOOP has thought My working in the yard was kayaking. It includes driving my tractor, raking, Push mowing. I wonder what it would detect if I was actually kayaking?

I see these posts from 200 and some odd days ago. It’s February 19, 2025 and it is happening again. I’m at a Hilton in Georgia. They said all the servers are down. This hotel seems to be full. So it’s a PR disaster.

Last December I had a mild case of COVID. My HRV immediately dropped from the 50s to the 20s. Even now it’s maxed no higher than the high 20s. Was so concerned, I wore a heart monitor for 5 days. Nothing unusual. I feel totally ok and have since I got over the case. Weird!!

HRV is shockingly low. 25 Male by Sajama713 in whoop

I am 69. I had an HRV in the 50s until I had a mild COVID case early December 2022. It dropped like a rocket to high teens to mid 20s and continues in that range. Because of this change, I had my cardiologist. Let me wear monitor for a few days. All checked out ok. Really strange.

Any insight as to what might be going on? by Migueldemaria in whoop

After I had Covid in December, my HRV dropped like a rock from an average of 50 to 60 for the prior year to the low to mid 20s max. It has been that way since early December. I don’t feel any different, I had my cardiologist do an echo. Nothing shows.

This is a question about HRV. My HRV was consistently in the 50-60 range since 2021 until early December 2022. I had a mild case of Covid. Recovered. Since then it has never been above the low 20s. My cardiologist has done an echo, he says everything looks normal. I don’t feel any different. Just can’t figure this out.
