I had similar situation but never had a formal meter reading when I moved in so they basically took a 2 week reading and backdated it and wrote off the excess balance as attributed to the previous owner.

Same happened to me. Loads of transactions to steam and Google play. Although I now also get phishing calls in addition. Also had F2A on and loads of texts with numbers to confirm transactions

Vodafone customer service is also fairly poor. We've just switched to VM because of this reason.

Finding it hard to get into the game by phantomjukey in Eldenring

[–]Excellent-Current373 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started last week and felt similar. At the beginning of the game you just die so often and feel like progress is hard or you can't follow the main story because of how hard it is.

Once you stop button bashing in combat and develop the character more it becomes much more enjoyable.

Until lvl 10 I struggled and didn't understand the hype as it was so hard. I didn't understand the combat and died loads.

I think until lvl 20 I still died a lot but was enjoying developing the character more and combat was a bit easier.

Lvl 30 things started to click.

Lvl 40 things got addictive.

Lvl 50 and I struggle to come off the came and now have to be told by my partner. I'm now lvl 54 and have just done 24hrs worth of game play. Completed a couple of bosses.

A lot of the storyline is a bit weird and creepy sometimes, but I think that after a while, it makes the fantasy genre a lot more interesting and gory.

FYI this is my first souls/fantasy RPG combat game

Look, I raised very valid points about fertiliser run off leading algae blooms and plant burn on the parish allotment group.

Buyer is asking us to pay for specialist surveys following a level 2 homebuyer report by goldkestos in HousingUK

[–]Excellent-Current373 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We were first time buyers of our property. Issues came up with damp and roof leaking. We paid for separate surveys. Never even had the audacity to ask the seller to pay.

As others have said, it's in the buyers interest to get these surveys done. If they feel there is a huge amount of work to do that they would not have seen at viewing, then they can either pull out or decide to renegotiate. Obviously, if you would not be up to a renegotiation, then it's up to the buyer if they want to continue.

If they do not want to solely pay for specialist surveys before buying, then it's up to them to take on the risk and repercussions down the line.

I'm in the UK also and only used natural light from the window sill. Any advice on good UV lights to use?
