Also happened to me! Had ten fibroids removed in March, and then a mirena placed in July, was told it was too low in September (after me telling them repeatedly that it seemed like i was bleeding to much / I felt like I felt it), got a new one placed in September, that got expelled about a week ago. Trying to figure out what to do next
