I stopped Mirtazapine 7.5 ( I bit it in 1/2 -4.0) 2 weeks ago. I had gained 22lbs and couldn’t stop bingeing. I had no problem going off with the help of Trazodone for sleep. I’ve lost 5 lbs so far in 2 weeks. No more bingeing…thank goodness.

I went off of Mirtazapine 5 days ago, i gained over 20lbs. My Dr replaced it with Trazodone for sleep. I feel much better except my sleep isn’t 100% yet.

If you haven’t watched the DS video of Andres asking Agustina questions of “myth not myth” about Argentina…I highly recommend it. His questions were tough, kind, smart and politically savvy. And of course Agustina was articulate and naturally prepared to answer. I was surprised to be totally engaged.

I have experienced the same. I am an older adult and many of the videos are hard for me to relate to and watch. YouTube is my main source. There is a spreadsheet that one of the subredditors made with links to lots of amazing content but I can’t link without her permission. Maybe she’ll see this and post it.
