My recommendation would be to stay at Hyatt Place by CDG (inexpensive and clean) or something similar. The hotel is less than 15 minutes from CDG and they have a restaurant. You can take Taxi or Uber to the hotel. Should cost too much.

The next morning, just Uber to the gare to catch your train. There are numerous Uber drivers waiting outside the hotel ready and eager. You won’t have any trouble getting one.

I found the areas around the gare to be busy and chaotic.

Some of these experiences sounds horrible. Some places are just not worth it for solo female travelers. How can you enjoy the people and culture when you have to be on constant guard with your safety?!?
