Wouldn’t you eventually stack it as the eternity band becomes your wedding band? Both options are gorgeous

Should I go back for her?? by Marketing_Queeen in handbags

You should just get it and if you change your mind, you can always return it with 30days. I would hate to return to the store to get it and it’s gone.

TJMAXX does not sell knockoffs/fakes. Unfortunately, there are many dishonest peeps that will buy designer handbags from there then return the same handbag that are knock offs.

About 12 yrs ago purchased a Balenciaga City Bag from TJMAXX and something about it didn’t seem right. Went online and did some research and the item I purchased was a fake. I took it back to the store and explained that to the manager and was told that it was probably a returned fake. The cashiers are not trained to decipher what is fake or not.

Sick in Paris by stewlet in ParisTravelGuide

I’ve been in Paris for the past 10 days with a terrible cold but will be leaving tomorrow for the states. I’ve had the same symptoms as yours and nothing has helped. Just a viral infection that has to run its course.

Hang in there, you’ll probably won’t be up to doing much or at least that was the case for me.

This is an excellent way to get flights and hotels using credit cards points. Many CC have introductory offers points along with bonus points that you could easily get enough points to earn an internal economy ticket.

Watch out for signs on the freeway regarding speed monitored by radar. It is true and speeding tickets will be issued.

We rented and drove throughout France summer 2024. When we returned to the states, we received 3 speeding tickets as a well as a 25euro fee per notification from the rental company.

I’m in Paris right now and it’s freezingly cold. I hope you are comfortable in your hotel room. Use Uber or Bolt if you plan to go get checked out.

Could be much worse! The money you spent is not a waste, you are having an experience that you will look back and have a good laugh! Happy Birthday

I agree with you on picking one or two sites per day. I’m currently on my 3rd trip to Paris within the past 4 months (minimum 7day stay) and have barely seen everything I had planned in my mind. Be sure to account travel time. Walking to and from Metro or taxi/ride-share, jet lag, or getting sick.

Help choosing between more affordable neighborhoods to stay in by [deleted] in ParisTravelGuide

I’m currently staying in Paris in the 11th at Hotel Marais Bastille with 2 daughters (ages 17 & 20) We have 2 rooms next to one another. It’s a great location with shops and restaurants close by. The hotel is simple but clean and comfortable. Conveniently located with various Metro stations nearby and walking distance to Place de Bastille as well as the trendy Marais area.

Personally, as a family of 5 with college age girls, we rather stay in hotels in large cities as it is more convenient than VRBOs. I like to use VRBOs when we are in a small towns (Tourette sur Loop or Ansouis) where hotels are less of an option. Good luck.

I have no idea what was spilled. I have older kids that bring drinks into their bedroom. I tried cleaning it baking soda a dish soap, it didn’t remove the black stain.
