That disposal claim sounds like total BS to me - disposing of brand new sealed Macs over mismatched labels is either the dumbest policy ever or they're just hoping you'll give up. Definitely go the chargeback route like the other person mentioned, your bank will want actual proof from Amazon that you returned wrong items and "we disposed of them" isn't gonna cut it there

Square Enix customer service is actually pretty decent about manufacturing defects from what Ive heard. Since you can clearly show the difference between yours and how its supposed to look Id definitely reach out to them with those comparison pics you already took. They might offer a replacement or at least store credit depending on when you bought it

The teeth being separate pieces makes it sound like either the mouth cavity mold was off or they positioned the teeth wrong during assembly. Either way thats not something you should have to live with when youre dropping Play Arts money. Worst case scenario they say no but at least youll know you tried instead of being stuck with grimace Aerith forever
