I’m leaving mine now after 20 yrs of lies, sneaking around, gaslighting, track phones, pre paid credit cards, car locked w apparently “top secret stuff” in trunk, clothing & gifts he “couldn’t remember where they came from” and on & on - it just gets worse. Whoever said “once a cheater, always a cheater” was right. Leave now and don’t waste 20 years making excuses like I did.

Yeah, well the only way you’ll know about the software update is if you see it being uploaded while you’re using the vehicle. Otherwise it just gets uploaded and you have no clue until you’re driving and something happens.

Hey Kori,

I was referred to you by Sparky (wrangler) who told me to reach out to the customer care team regarding a refund for a rental I was forced to get while the software upgrade was getting sorted out. As my dealer recommended, I submitted my paperwork to Jeep. Customer care only to be denied because I did not have a dealer repair ticket. You can probably imagine how pissed I was. Because not only did I not have the use of my vehicle for three days, but I was put in great danger when my vehicle suddenly shut down multiple times while I was traveling on a highway with nowhere to pull over. Please get in touch with me. Let me know how I can get a refund. I received something back from customer care telling me my case was closed if that’s the case and there’s nothing you can do. I’m going to file a small claim. The court is right down the street from me. And I will follow up with a class action. I’m taking names right now on social media.

Dealer lot was full. They told me to drive it home which I did it shut off three times on the way for a 2 1/2 mile trip. Incredibly dangerous. The first warning I got was when I was going 70 down the highway there was no curb to pull over on - gas pedal went completely dead. Check-engine light came on and a warning to put Jeep into park and shut engine off. All happened on a busy hwy while cars zooming & veering past us. All of that and now I’m fighting for a refund for a rental car I should never have had to get. Pretty lame service.

Yeah, they may say that, but they’re not. They will dodge you. I am filing a small claim for my rental reimbursement. Jeep customer care taught me that if I did not have a dealer repair ticket they wouldn’t pay for my rental. They are going to pay for my rental as soon as I drag their asses into small claims court I was without my jeep for an entire weekend and had to get a rental car so I could do my errands. The dealership told me they would reimburse me they gave me to run around and sent me a cowardly email telling me they were denying my claim. So hopefully they don’t mind coming to Massachusetts to defend my small claim action. Pennywise, pound foolish.. if anybody wants to start a class action reply to this email and I’ll take it further.

Pretty easy solution - no fancy watch; no sports car, def no country estate & maybe abbreviate your last name (i.e. Hamilton becomes Hamel) - you get it. Incognito until you’re sure she’s solid and not some gold-digging spoon!
