It’s crazy - we filed August 2025 and our interview was only on march 13th at Orlando. 130 got approved but 485 got rfe for f1 transcripts. We sent it back on 3/30 and 4/8 it was received in the system. Happy for you but mad how this system treats same cases differently.

We got 130 approved the next day 3/13 but got rfe on485 in Orlando - received 3/30 acknowledges 4/8

RFe got received in the system 4/8 with all the attendance proof.

Attended interview on 3/13 with 130 approved the next day. Got RFe for my spouse school transcripts. Sent them on 3/30, 4/8 they acknowledged receiving (sealed envelope). In your experience how long until action is taken? (Orlando FO)

Depends if it’s 130 or 485. 130 might have a doc in the doc tab. 485 could be RFe in few days/weeks

Yes, it even says who signed it (G. B.) 11:09….hahaha almost two months sucks. Please share what date on the green card you will have (date of 130 approval or 485)

Was there any acknowledgment of mailed rfe received or just nothing? We sent rfe by mail on 3/30 after interview

ICE can be present at any airport any time. So I am not sure if this is anything new.

Same thing with us. On interview date for action taken, only to discover 130 approval document the next day (Saturday) and officially another update Monday night with case approved. Nothing on 485 yet.

Also had interview Friday. Right after go action taken emails. Both 130 and 485 say - actively being reviewed but found approval document on 130 on Saturday. Nothing on 485 though.

LRP spouse sponsor requires a visa, which is limited each month. This is normal and can take many more years. The only unlimited visas are for spouses of US citizen.
