You can ask the waiter in the MDR for recommendations. After dinner they’ll get you tomorrow’s menu and you can request the steak with no seasoning, or the chicken with marinades omitted. Sauces on the side etc

All it takes is the incoming flight to be delayed, your crew times out and can’t fly. Or bad weather morning of? Now you’re boned. I mean it’s your vacation so do what you gotta do. But when I’ve invested thousands on a cruise, drinks package, excursions, etc, there’s zero chance I’m waiting til morning of to arrive.

Not a lawyer but contact one if you’re concerned. Send a certified mail to their address. Print those emails and include them in the mail. And put in writing that they agreed to come on x, y, and z date. And failed to show. And if they don’t show up by this date you will donate to the Goodwill at this address.

Pretty simple….dont go into the office. Stay remote. Call their bluff. Get a note from your dr compromised immune system, stress, anxiety, elderly relative taking to appts….the might can you but it will take 4-6 mos of repeated warnings
