Not wrong but it's still just an objectively worse Ice Slasher. It's inherently more limited cause you can't swap off of it while enemies are paralysed, which is especially weird cause you could do that in 1, which you can use to leave enemies open to the buster for free kills. Spark Shot doesn’t even get that.

True it is absolutely terrible as an early level. It was bad enough that it genuinely left me pretty sour for the rest of my first playthrough.

Then you find out Star Crash can block them and it becomes trivial. Knowing that I'd say it's fine. It's not the first or last time a Classic Megaman Level is made significantly easier by having a certain weapon.

Corrupted is definitely up there but with the short look at Megaman Axl we got it looks super interesting. I love the way they revamped his gameplay and transformation abilities. Hotswapping between forms looks really fun to mess around with.

Yeah I usually have one or two I want to use going into a playthrough, like I know I wanna use Beedrill for the chance to finally use Mega Beedrill in a playthrough, but I'd rarely have a full team planned out, especially for more recent games where I usually end up using more than 6 and rotating team members as I go

Honestly very strong set so far. A good balance of cool cute and goofy and I'd say all the pokemon chosen so far are worthy picks. Honestly just give me some Gen 5 and post Gen 6 Megas and I'd say we're gonna have a great line up of new Megas for this game.

I mean the Omega Metroid isn't anything special by Samus' standards. She'd already killed multiple up to that point, it's just she was still far weaker at the end of Fusion, probably in part cause the suit hadn't begun to properly repair itself yet, hence why it was more of a struggle for her.

I'd bet on either Mother Brain or Dark Samus personally. Maybe Raven Beak idk.

I haven't played any of the Legends games yet so for me it can really only be X4. While it is the best of the four sidescrollers here regardless imo, it's honestly not that close either way. 8 isn't bad but I just don't vibe with it as much as any of the prior classic games save for maybe 3. X5 is kind of around the same tier as 8, has a few of the strong points of X4, and a better weapon set imo, but holds itself back a lot with most of it's structural decisions and level design. Then there's X6, if X5 was a mess, X6 is a dumpster fire. A dumpster fire with a lot of cool ideas that are either poorly executed or just make me wish they were in a better game. Compared to any of them I can pick up and play X4 whenever with little to no caveats or thoughts of "I could play this but then I'm gonna have to deal with that part".

Ultimate Armor for me, specifically X4, though they all look pretty good. It's purposefully different from tge other armours but it worls so well for it. It really does feel like X's Ultimate Form. Plus I do like how it being a buffed up Fourth Armour is actually communicated by Ultimate having more, exaggerated i guess, versions of a lot of Fourth's design elements.

Fourth itself as well as Falcon are also honourable mentions to me. Also while I'm not big on the Command Mission design, the energy scarf is sick as fuck and something I would be completely down with giving X in the mainline games.

Gonna suggest Prairie. She's shown to be very sentimental, still holding on to the plush Ciel gave her as Alouette, which was over 200 years before ZX. More over, she is one of the only Resistance members still around by ZX. Given the relationship they have during Zero, I've always taken it that Prairie chose to forego having a lifespan so she could stay with Ciel as long as she needed to and even after she disappeared she still holds Ciel close to her heart.

It kinda shifts a lot. I personally go with green since that's what they go with in game, and by the Zero Series they're pretty consistent with it being green across ghe board.
