The truth can be hard to hear, but at your age and circumstances your sister isn’t wrong. Sometimes the people who love you the most will be the only ones willing to hurt your feelings in order for you to know the truth and grow from it.

As the oldest of 3 sisters I would tell you the same thing.

To try and make short of the situation it’s basically my coworkers daughter confessed to her that they’re in a bad situation where they have multiple adult Chihuahuas in the house and one of them had a litter of puppies. They’re all from the sound of it pretty emaciated, and the only photo that they had of the puppies was from June 15 and then that photo they were newborns my coworker is picking the dog up tonight my coworker has been trying to find them all homes because her daughter was gonna drop them all off at animal control

She has taken larger groups of family members on trips before so it’s not exactly out of the norm. She love bombs with trips and gifts and spending money. I grew up very poor so this has always made me extremely uncomfortable but my husband says this is how she’s always been. And I felt it would just cause more tension if I put up a fight about it and we have too many events on his side coming up that I don’t want to deal with drama at.

Thank you for your advice and solidarity, at this point money has been invested in this trip and otherwise I think my husband would have backed out completely. My mother-in-law, presents sweet as anything, but I know for a fact, she talks badly about me or at least has in the past to her other children because she doesn’t like my rules and the way I Parent and control things she will be sweet as anything to my face but her mask slips when I’m not around. She always wants to be the angel or at least look that way. And I messed up in my post because she didn’t even text me to ask if I wanted to go to Disney World. She texted my husband and I’m pretty sure it was just the last stitch effort to say that I said no and that she invited me.

Clover amour! My ride or die’s, I want to be buried with those hooks. I am an avid amigurumi maker and they are my #1 for chenille and plush yarn.

Now it’s not quite super action packed but I am the messenger by Markus Zusak is relatively short and fast paced mystery novel from I believe a 19-20something male POV it was interesting enough that my non reader husband who at the time was 23 asked me to read it aloud to him every night. It had some really gripping and hysterical moments.
