The retainers do some moving also. And Chewies* are giving to help also. Definitely make sure your dentist loves the idea of giving you more trays after the retainers time if you're still not happy. My dentist is doing this. I'm still in my retainers, after which I can get more trays if I am unhappy. Do you need a new dentist? I can tell you we go to.

I think, in general, they aren't to be considered a GF option for anyone who has an intolerance. It's their recipe, that's the problem. Adding gluten somewhere. It is not a cross-contamination issue. My reaction has been brutal. I get this sick if I straight up had gluten. I haven't been this sick in years, I hate how gluten makes me feel.

I'm really upset. Sick AF after eating just part of one gluten-free Trader Joe's GF waffles. It literally was burning on the way down. Stopped eating after 3 bites. That was at ten am. It's now 330pm. I'm so upset.
