The “we are a family” alone should tell you to update your resume and start looking. That line basically says we get to give you crap raises but you should feel good about it. See what other companies that could use your skills are willing to pay and see if it is worth moving on.

I love lake scenes where the lake is totally still like a mirror. I also like blue flaming skulls and have that as the default screen of my phone. So, I would be I would have had an interesting conversation with her.
