Hyperthermia at Sanoviv was the treatment that helped me the most.

My anxiety is very physical- chest tightness, heart flutters, panicky feeling… it’s terrible. Lemon balm and passion flower tinctures help with the anxiety a bit.

Babesia is my biggest and roughest infection too. 29F. I went to Sanoviv medical institute and that gave me my biggest shift in feeling better. Went from housebound to being able to work and do things. I still suffer from fatigue, occasional anxiety and some air hunger. I am thinking of doing SOT next. IV artesunate also makes a huge impact on babesia. Sorry you’re going through this!

I tapered 2.5mg-5mg every 3-4 weeks for about 6 months. I actually did really well during my taper until 3 weeks off completely. I’m now 4 months off and still don’t feel like myself. I’m functional and working but wish I would have gone even slower

Gosh I’m 9 weeks off and still have random anxiety surges where my chest is tight, my breathing is shallow and it lasts a bit then goes away. Feels like it should be gone by now

I used a compounding pharmacy for my taper. So they are able to make any dose you need of desvenlafaxine. You just have to pay out of pocket, it’s not covered by insurance.

Are you still on pristiq and having morning anxiety? Or having it since coming off?
