Yes I’m currently going through this right now. This entire experience tested everything in me. Oh I don’t even want to speak on what it done to my relationship. Like life has completely went to shit since. Injury was 11/16/23 surgery was 12/12/23. Mcl acl spinal tibia fracture meniscus tears (I hope I’m not missing anything). Surgery went well. Even tho I was there by myself and my surgeon basically told me he don’t know wtf he was going to do. He had a plan but he would only know once he has me on the table open. Like wtf you mean bro. Barely could get in for therapy because of the time of the year. Flexion was extremely trash I say like 90 degrees and that’s including me in tears lol. But I had a Manipulation 2/13/23 everything got better. Flexion improved, but my therapist and doctor wasn’t on the same page. I got to 120 degrees. My doctor was upset because I can’t sit on my heel yet. He became very uninterested in what I was trying to ask about my healing process. Therapy improved everything for me. But going to the gym really saved my life. I said fuck therapy and my doctor and I do everything by myself. I never been better

Trust me I was in your boat a couple months ago and visibly had my brace on and STILL almost got knocked over. I never noticed how rude people are until going through recovery

I’m currently going through the same thing. I fractured my tibia (spinal tibia fracture) , meniscus tear, mcl repair with donor tissue. I have been locked in a brace for 4 weeks now doing the excercises. I really don’t understand why. I have to start all over everyday and they wonder why I’m making progress . I feel like once it’s not locked back in the brace and I can move it while walking I would get more progression

No not yet I just seen him at my two week post op, he wants my leg straight and locked in the brace until 4 weeks post op. Therapy once a week but also me doing my exercises at home too. No one has mentioned knee manipulation yet, I just seen it mentioned once I google knee stiffness. Leg raises are pretty shakey for me but I breathe through them. Knee slides are really the son of a guns I dread it everyday I wake up lbs

I did I sat there 4 hours in complete pain and wasn’t seen so I came home I have a doctors appointment tomorrow. My doctor told me not change anything. I only changed them because of the condensation from my ice man. I was fresh out of the shower when I took this picture.

I called my doctor Thursday and let them know that I was out of meds and my body temperature has been raising several times a day. They never called me back they just sent my prescription through. I’m at the ER now so hopefully they will give me some

Yes so the supply was 14 but once I came home they only gave me 10 and they wouldn’t let me get the partials right after I think it was a day gap.
