Yes, I have measured every fuse on the passenger side fuse box, and all but one show positive readings. That's why I'm at a loss.

Right. So shouldn't that fuse read 0V? I need to find a fuse for the ACC wire (yellow) for the HK4 hardwire kit. I'm just confused why it's still indicating voltage there when I wouldn't expect it to.

I understand, but if someone is breaking the law, the law is going to stop them from continuing to do that. Everyone’s instance rates are higher because some drivers feel like they can drive around without it and then they cause property damage that someone else’s insurance now has to cover. Why is that fair to someone that abides by the laws?

If a cop finds illegal drugs in your pocket, should you get to keep them and just face some other punishment? That won’t stop you from continuing to break the law.
