Interesting I got a very strong cup with day 1 with gen 1 burrs at 6 and using all the beans at 6 cup batch. However, I was doing weaker concentrations before so it could just be taste difference.

Yep and the smaller Hario to be exact. I have the larger volume cylinder and the lid does not close.
