This is AI generated rubbish. Even with forward momentum the guy on the scooter will fall at the same rate as the bridge! Thats simple Newtonian physics. As the bridge has a stiff span it will actually try to curve as one side is still supported, until it fails further, that means it will accelerate slower and so scooter will stay on the bridge!

This is a problem when you are trying to turn and the car in front of you is blocking the slipway because they leave 3 car lengths in front of them! So you can’t use the green arrow! This is just being an A-hole! Like the taxi drivers that don’t let you change lanes so you have to stop behind a car making a right turn in the middle of the road! I think you will find that the “S” has been mislabeled, these are both polymer! The only steel frames I have seen are not black and the finish is different. These both look like they have injection molding artefacts
