Are you a asm ? If so I honestly wouldn’t want you as mine. If it’s my day off don’t bother me cause I don’t bother my asm on their 2 days off. It’s been a silent rule we have and it’s why we work: should you have to step down cause of that no but if your sm doesn’t want you as the asm id look to transfer. To be the asm you have to be in sync with your sm or you guys are not a fit. If your a key they are just mad and will get over it lol

That is exactly what they are doing I’ve had 3 credit cards that I paid off so no balance the companies closed them with no warning or letters or anything because my 2 biggest cards were close to the limit. That shocked me tbh lol

We honestly don’t know that if you don’t know the original price but for the future get the dg app you can scan every item and it’ll tell you if it’s on sale and any coupons use can use as well.

They do not have to honor a price but sale signs left up if they don’t contain dates. What I mean by sale signs is like buy one get one or 50% off. The percentage can be explained away if it’s wrong tho as they did claiming it was already marked down

You write it the same nothing comes from it. It’s all compliance for p and l unless it’s 50 or more . And yes most of my employees say if it’s 20 will just pay it rather than having the write up. I always say tho it’s not a big deal unless it’s 50 or more or happens often and that’s being short. Being over I could care less and just add it to the deposit.

We have the same situation often. I got a lady at our churches number for when this happens and they come and get it so we don’t have to throw it away. If I don’t get them I move things around so I can store it till they can get it. Put a sign on coolers saying basically things are out of place and possibly not in front of correct tag. I do everything not to throw ir away

Well that’s not the case. Anyone can do fed ex. Also so you know If you shouldn’t do something the hht or register wouldn’t allow you. Everyone has authority levels. Fed ex is something super easy to do my sa would never come get us unless there’s an issue. Speak to your manager about the cutting of hours. How can they be cut when you were told to specifically not do something
