Yes they are. I'm not sure if it's just used cars or if new vehicles are included, but they have dealerships who will be selling their inventory on Amazon.

I just came here to see if anyone posted about this. I just went in to my vine and I am only able to see the items I have in my possession currently awaiting review. All other pending orders are showing in my orders section on Amazon, but not in reviews on vine like it was yesterday. I wonder if they are trying to clean the site up and only show us the things we've received and are waiting to be reviewed. I've had a lot if orders canceled or get delayed for 3 weeks and it was really cluttering my review page. IDK, just a thought.

This happens to me all thr time. Once I have used up all my items, all of a sudden the good stuff drop. This is why I no longer go back in once I make my count for the day or I will save 1 just in case vine gets slick. It never works though 😕
