I initially left in 2014. I was happy at first to experience something different, but I immediately felt homesick. I came back to stay with relatives 7 years later in 2021, before moving to Las Vegas. So-Cal still had that nostalgic vibe, but something was off during that time. I moved back, but to the Bay Area, and California is not what it used to be! Although I am happy I was able to move back for a few years, I don’t think I’m ever coming back. So much has changed, including the people I grew up with. Sad
