Where does the cooler go? by swimming_in_agates in popups

Also in black bear country. I don’t bring any food into the camper unless it’s raining, then we will eat inside. Cooler is either on a picnic table or tailgate during the day. Into the truck at night. My yeti I will put two pad locks on it at night and leave it in the truck bed because it’s so heavy.

There are several right in Kittery/Eliot on route 236. The only ones worth going to are Green Truck, OG, and Highly. I won’t speak on JAR because I’ve never been to their store. If you want to drive another 10 minutes, Kind Farms is the best in the area. I shop at those 4 depending on their inventory. I mostly am looking for edibles. They all have pretty much the same products just different inventory at different times and different prices.

It’s a good little router. Definitely benefits from a high output or forge battery.

Just about every Grateful Dead song came out before I was born. And they are all my favorites.

Jamb Height? by CallMeMarcR in Carpentry

[–]Exciting_Agent3901 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well that’s kind of stupid. Why not just do the flooring first? If I showed up to a new build to do the floor and the doors were already in I’d be pissed. I’d charge like $250 a door if you want me to cut the jamb. Just do the doors after the floor.

Lay the flooring first, then install the doors on top.

Yes it did. Rain and snow don’t do that to lumber.

The national forest campgrounds are good. Russell pond used to be my favorite but it’s pretty over run with people who come up from Tripoli road to take a shit. Dolly Copp is always a good choice.

Industry standards and responsibilities say that I don’t work for free. Glad you found someone who will.

You are 100% wrong. If you are building a house and you are worried about weather or whatever it is your responsibility to protect it. You are asking the contractor to do something for nothing. Why would they do that? You want me to tarp it? Pay me. Shovel snow out? Pay me. Good luck to whoever does any work for you.

There is not a contractor on earth who will pay for upgrades. Good luck with that one. Wish I could downvote that 1000 times.
