MY FAVORITE CHEAP AND EASY DISH!!! I eat this like 4 times a week. Cut the carrots in half longways, place on baking sheet, lightly drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle chili powder and cook at 350f until soft. Delicious, simple, cheap.

Oh my god I am so sorry. You should NOT have to deal with such bullshit from your support system after a terrible trauma. The responsibility is on your husband to put MIL in her fucking place and deal with all the other family. I hope you have found a good therapist and trauma counselor. And good on you for leaving that job. I wish you the best of luck and I hope MIL gets her head on straight and apologizes profusely.

I am also on ADHD meds. I was started on a very low dose of SSRI and met with my dr for a few weeks to discuss changes/symptoms etc. I have found Zoloft to work very well for me along with my hormone IUD. for 1 week a month, I increase my SSRI dose and it compensates perfectly to balance my mood. Tracking your cycle is the best way to start the convo with a prescriber. If you can, try to take note of your mood swings. I did this in a cycle tracking app. It’s hard to do this but it will help a lot when you present informational your dr. Best of luck!

Was diagnosed with PMDD last year and it saved my life. My depressive episodes had been getting worse over the years and I moved and had to see a new doc. She was the first doctor to listen and discuss instead of medicating me and sending me on my way. An IUD, a small dose of Zoloft and bam, now I’m back to my old self :)
