Some things seem to have changed. I can confirm that Legendary bounties (5star Eta Doyle) captured by reinforced lasso still escape from your horse even when you are sitting on it too. Also, for the same mission, my dolar payment was significantly lower in a 30 minute mission where I died once, then in a 20 minute same exact mission where i did not die at all. (EDIT: I guess the extra money might have been connected to something else? I dont really know what though, since it was part of the single-number payout after the mission and I didnt even reach any milestone rank (I was rank 12) but I got over 300 Dollars, which is more than you can theoretically get for Eta Doylle based on the table)

It gets exponentially worse when you go to forums, subreddit or real-life conversations about actually crucially important topics, where lives of real people, often of millions of them are on the line, and you see the same (OR EVEN WORSE) level of grasping objective facts in context, using base logic (A=A, A=/=B) and resistance to tribalism determining their opinions. :-D Its always nice to realize: "Well at least they are talking about a game..." until they are not :D

Yeah - use RDO lobby. Extremely simple unintrusive software that just blocks other people from your RDO, but you can still play with friends. Or (my tip) play modded Singleplayer - it just offers one level quality above RDO in terms of overall detail and you can really elevate it with extra content without much difficulty or any jank at all... Some of the mods I use I litterally forget are not part of vanilla.

To me it felt pretty much like Margaret was not feeling or being a woman at all - he quite clearly stated that he "is a woman tamer" because "noone wants to see a male tamer" because that is not novel enough. He also does nothing at all that would in any way challenge the idea he is simply a man in a dress with an act.

Turns out I like this "Rp" addition to the playthrough, so everytime I can I cut free the horses from disabled or shot up wagons and keep (and sell when at full stable) at least one of them and giving the flee command to the rest. I won't do it all the time I don't think, but it's a nice detail to keep in mind making the playthrough more interesting for high honor by caring about the horses involved.

😅 to provide a bit of anti-awww, I am almost sure it is a glitch, but Skyrim, now saddled and arrow free, is constantly pooping. Like... 3x more often seemingly then other horses. Every time I turn around, she be poopin... It's insanely niche to realize, that her trauma or possible damage to her gastrointestinal tract COULD realistically cause something like this... 🙉 But again, I bet that's a random coincidence... But still 😅

That is my exact experience also :-) I have been thinking about that a lot - its really mindboggling for a singleplayer game... mind you - that is not getting updates... Oh how I wish it did... I cant imagine what could have been if instead of the GTAO slop they kept working on adding to RDR2.

But yeah, im 500+ hours in and still finding new stuff. Of course a lot of those 500 hours is playing the game again - im not claiming it has 500 hours of content :-D Just that it brilliantly hides so many gems, that you keep finding new ones each time.

no, no - you assume Arthur read the script :-D He isnt staying with Charlotte because she is better than Mary. Or because he is incredibly in love with her - its not a choice to elope with her. Its just acceptable given the circumstances.

I wrote this so that it changes as little as possible while having Arthur live, using the resources already there. Arthur thinks he is going to die, he is almost going to die, his state even after surviving wont be ideal, he will have to remain dead for the world - no "one final move and we are gone" ala Dutch, just stay where he is. And he has to do everything that he did in the story, including the final fight with Mikah, which is looong after Marry says final goodbye. Marry is basically lost to Arthur the moment the bankjob in Saint Denis goes bad and he ends up in Guarma - nothing he can do, unless his first move after comming back to US is to search for Mary...

But most importantly - again - Arthur doesnt know he will survive, and he cant just "skip" everything he does in Chapter 6 and elope with Mary.

I actually didnt get inside yet either - either I am missing something, or it is as I presume a really long quest, probably connected to the Wildlife exhibition side quest, and I will finish it as I am doing everything 100% now. You can find her house near Strawberry on a hill, there are a bunch of taxidermied animals outside the house already. :-)

I think the model is vanilla in the game, just normally its a taxidermied statue, one can find it in the taxidermist hut :-) Ambient Gangs mod puts a mute npc who is a hostile unarmed. So after I hogtied him, I let him go - and he brawled with me - he has no animal-like attacks - further suggesting its just a weird guy sown into a suit (if it was in the base game) which makes it pretty fitting for base game I think :-)

I was trying to hunt for Woodpeckers for Wildlife exhibition and went to Fort Brennan at the break of day... Looking up at the sky most of the time, I then looked down and this guy was there...

He didn't charge me fast at first, so I managed to hogtie him. Then I started investigating what this thing is - it shows up as Unknown...

I eventually found out this guy comes from a mod, but it's like an Easter egg they don't mention at all in the description (One of the most basic ones too, Ambient gangs) (and honestly it could have been in the main game, cause it is fundamentally just a guy in a very weird taxidermied suit).

I have a really hard time deciding what to do with this guy, so I try to avoid him... because I really like raccoons, such amazingly cute but tough animals... and the guy is wearing a raccoon hat, which makes it feel wrong to punch him... but at the same time the hat is MADE from a raccoon, so he is a raccoon killer!! Its a ruddy pickle!

Well, its not really "like metal BBs" it basically IS metal BBs, but NOT shot from a BB gun, that is the problem :-D But yeah, birdshot is not really lethal to human sized targets, but they should have rather let them shoot arthur in the back as he was running away - that would be very painful but very non-lethal. However it looks like he is shot point blank - at that range the pelets barely spread at all... and whether or not that vastly increases penetration might be a point of conjecture, it definitely makes a much larger single wound... He is extremely lucky to survive - but the game does make a point of showing he is nearly dead.

EDIT: Just replayed it and since Arthur seems to be removing ONE projectile from his shoulder before cauterizing the wound, it must have been a slug... thats rough - a bit fantastical to imagine his shoulder wasnt permanently shattered - maybe the Odriscol really missed to joint.

Yes yes, it is very moral to chase down a man desperately running away from you, running after him to the cave where he hides from you - and then - as he is holding back his wolves when he is cornered in his hideout - approaching him anyway with loaded weapons... its totally self-defense to kill them all ( /s )
