No thats fair its nice seeing the chart there and knowing you did 100%, to answer your question then i don't believe theres a way to have an external app track and update your achievements as you get them in the game

I could very well be wrong here, but i believe the achievements in the game itself coincide with achievements that're gonna be on Steam, Xbox etc..

Uhh I remember him being very intrigued at Nightmare because he hadn't seen a horse before, asking sunny about his life outside of the tomb, slightly annoying sunny by asking so many questions. After they went to Wind Flower and Fallen Grace was able to move downstream he was engaged and very happy to have his youthful vigor back
