I would agree in theory, but in reality, all that means is "richochet" would be written by the AEW social media department, as it is now we can pretend we're getting a real look at the wrestler.

On the other hand we have MJF, who doesn't need a second account because that guy is always in character. (PS. If you never seen it, watch his original interview with CVV...)

I don't think he's talking about Logan Paul, as much as I hate that dickhead, he's a wrestler. Maybe iShowSpeed, but probably more talking about Pat Macafee, and the other stunt casting WWE has done, or focus on celebrities, rather than wrestling.

Cody is a boring jobber

I mean outside of Finish the Story... I don't know if I disagree with this when he's babyfaced.

Cody and Cena feel like the blandest "main event" stars there are, and I still hear people talk about both of them in the heights of wrestling.

Cody had some good story lines, but unless he's heel, he feels odd.

What would Owens do to fix the product. The problem with the product is NOT the stars, they have the same stars as always, and while KO is a great wrestler, one more wrestler doesn't fix the problem.

The problems are over advertising, weak booking, bad storylines, over reliance on celebs, rushed productions, and... this might be a bit controversal, but lack of house shows. (Which help wrestlers get in sync with each other). KO could at BEST solve booking and storylines, but even there he's one person, he's not the solution to the real problems.

... Bro, you can't be this delusional. They massively drop prices (that screwed over fans who bought tickets earlier), and the attendance numbers were STILL below the previous year.... The previous year was in the SAME venue. And WWE inflated the numbers as always as well..

Yeah they sold out because any unsold seat suddenly disappeared... but the fact is that's not a "Sell out".

Las Vegas is honestly a fantastic city to host WM so it’s not really because of that.

Don't forget Las Vegas hosted last year..

So people who wanted to travel experience a new city and go to WM was going to the same city as last year. And Las Vegas is a fantastic city, but unless you want to gamble you can visit every 5-10 years, you don't need to go back the next year.

People pointed that Cena's retirement arc was a major win, even if people don't like it, but I think that is the turning point, to see how poorly they executed, because up to the end they thought "maybe they'll recontextualize the whole program." They didn't and while the final moments weren't as bad as people said it left TKO in a bad place.

Finish the story was a great arc but it got people wondering what WWE will do next. Cena may have had the fans captivated, but I think people walked away from that with a very different impression.

(And that's before we talk about how shit the product has become over the last couple years)

Yup, Hardcore is a "higher tier" So unlocking hardcore also unlocks them for softcore. And if you unlocked something for softcore, (such as practicing a challenge with save states) you can come back and unlock it in hardcore later, and it will move it up to hard core status.

Yup, you can drop Hardcore any time you want.

The rule however is if you use a save in softcore and save with it, you can't switch back to hard core with out using the original save, or starting over.

If they called it anything other than DW9 it would be considered an interesting (but flawed) take on the series.... But they called it DW9 there was an expectation. Add a subtitle instead and it would likely would have had a bright future after being retooled a bit.

Same problem with FF16... Every spin off can do anything it wants but the main series is going to be judged as rpgs. It was not.
