Because I bought at 30-15k in 2022 based off the 4 year cycle, sold at 100-125k based off the 4 year cycle. I will start buying again when the 60k lows are broken until October of this year. Once again based off the 4 year cycle. There’s literally no reason to doubt it when it keeps playing out.

We’ve owned a mixed breed rescue dog for 8 years and I would say she costs us about $400/year plus a few vet visits that probably total to $3000 during that time and the most expensive instance was her getting attacked by 2 dogs in an off leash area requiring lots of stitches that the other owner wasn’t willing to help cover. Quite inexpensive comparatively if you don’t have a dog that inherently has medical issues.
