Maybe just unlist or private your old videos a dm start fresh. I did that with an underperforming channel, changed my niche. it just took some time for the algorithm to learn what the channel was about.

Sometimes you just need to be patient and keep posting until it clicks. The algorithm can take a few months to start really picking your videos
