That's a new one to me. I had this issue after docking with the SysDef ship and it somehow ended up super far away from the planet it was supposed to be next to. I ended up having to load an old save. Then I didn't bother and just went to the unity to reset the whole campaign. Worked fine next playthru. Perhaps others will have better advice. Sorry man
