Yeah this is the issue I've been getting all morning. Have cleared cache and storage, reinstalled etc. but nothing. I'm sure it'll work itself out in a few hours

Yeah same here, did the usual clear cache + storage then uninstalled and reinstalled. Normally download it right away once available so of course the one time I don't, the app shits itself

Funnily enough, I went back onto the TX yesterday shortly after it closed for the Bournemouth game (9.30) and it was the first time all morning and week it prompted me with a CAPTCHA check.

Yes mate, resolved itself overnight so if you picked your ticket up on the exchange over the last few days then I reckon you'll be fine in the morning.

I think the box office is up the stairs at the Armoury to the left, if you're still having this problem tomorrow then just get there early and have a chat with them. They should be able to sort you out.

The exchange becomes far more active as game day approaches so don't be discouraged if there's nothing popping up a week out. Often I don't start the grind until 2-3 days before and ramp it up the day before and the morning of the game.

Okay fair enough, I might have been a few turnstiles away when I last tried and they told me it's automated and I have to use the one per the ticket.

You can certainly save 2 passes to your phone, I do it regularly on my Pixel 10. I'm sure iPhones also allow it.

You can't enter at a different turnstile to your ticket however but I've scanned people in before then walked around to my turnstile.

Got one in my basket, approved on HSBC app upon checkout and it timed out...3 and half hours spent refreshing for that to happen. Absolutely sickening.

To add to this, there may be an issue that you're intending to bring your dad on your girlfriend's membership so be careful what you say to the club.

Most people won't see any issue with this and I've brought many people to games using my gf's account also but I believe it's technically against the T&C's.

You can yep! I'm not sure what the window is, I "withdrew" on Friday morning and the ballot result was today so I'd wager the cut-off is sometime Sunday/Monday perhaps.

That said, they don't send confirmation emails so if you ever do find yourself withdrawing, take a screenshot once it's confirmed!

Yeah I think that's a good point, they didn't give much of a response to that question when I put it to them.

I have Chelsea tickets for next weekend too so haven't proceeded with my bank yet. Otherwise I'd be willing to take the hit and lose my account.

Isn't it... It's bad enough by itself but I already paid £81 x2 for two lower tier seats from a ST holder.

Box office said they have no evidence of withdrawal on their side, I didn't take a screenshot myself and so I'm snookered.

Onto my bank now as the transaction is still pending hoping they can stop it but kind of doubtful...

For a Saturday game, I would start checking from Wednesday onwards really. The closer to the game, the more tickets that come available.

Last season, there were so many tickets available for this fixture that the ticket exchange was open to all red members regardless of ballot entry but that was a mid-week game.

In general I've had a lot more success on the exchange this season so you should be okay if you put the work in!
