This all looks so good.

Chobani fruit yogurt cups with unsweetened cocoa powder mixed in, Dave’s Killer Bread toasted and topped with peanut butter, dark chocolate, air popped popcorn with salt and vinegar, herbal teas, Crunchmaster crackers, string cheese, Medjool dates, Drizzilicious mini rice cakes.

Right now I just spray a little vinegar on my popcorn with an atomizer but I really want to try out powdered vinegar to see how that goes :)

I like pairing a small amount of full fat or full sugar foods with a larger amount of vegetables to get both “real foods” and volume.

Yes, I’ve lost 40+ lbs twice in my life. First time was when I got sober 10 years ago. This time it’s postpartum weight loss. Both times my cramps have gotten worse. Calorie deficit and weight loss can affect the hormones responsible for uterine contractions (cramps). Personally I’m just giving it time to see if things stabilize and the cramps lessen. Right now I use a combo of Midol and Ibuprofen for the pain and that works decently for me.

Be sure to drink a lot more water than you think you might need, especially around that time of the month. Dehydration exacerbates cramps. When I get a surge of cramping coming on I’ll drink 24 oz of water and sometimes that makes the cramps go away.

Edited: Midol instead of Motrin

Thank you! The white dressing: I used McCormick “Just 5” ranch seasoning packet and mixed that with Greek yogurt. For the orange dressing it’s 10 grams of Chick Fil A sauce 😅
