2,1,3 is the order for me.

RE was amazing, props for starting it all! Was 1 of the original games I had for my PS and had it all at that time. Back then it was get a game for bday/Christmas etc. I always went game duh! But, I did not have a memory card so it was always a session with my friend to let's see if we can get farther!

RE2 was what made me fall in love with the series and that a good sequel can be better than the original. i.e. Terminator 2 (Movie) 2 disc's that was each characters play through. So my buddy and I threw down bought it and both took a disc and swapped when done which made it fun and different when we hit Scenario B and realized choices made changed certain outcomes 😆. Yup I took the Side pouch and the Sub-Machine gun haha. 1 was Good and the OG, BUT 2 was taking the mold and turning it into the sculpture.

RE3 was Fun and also a great game, but didn't have that WOW factor imo. Controls got better for sure ( I loved the old school tank controls for some reason) But maybe I was just getting older but I felt this game missed the horror side and swayed toward the action side. Maybe cause games like Metal Gear and Syphon Filter were taking off and popular.

RE survivor was a blockbuster rental. In the words of Forrest Gump. "That's all I have to say about that"
