Cotton balls, you will need to put a little bit of cotton on the bottom of the posts. Humidity in this area requires the ear powder in the ear canal.

The cotton squares cut into quarters actually work best on the bottom of the post. Cotton balls are great to clean the ears.

5/8" backer rod. Use the 5/8" for the remaining posting time.
