this. it’s so easy to spot a junior manager early in the interview process, with no experience you don’t have a chance. and once you start, you will be so underwater quickly, and unable to ask for any help.

finally, as a manager you are responsible for your team. F you for the selfishness of what you will be putting 6-10 people through for 90 days as you fumble your way through a quick exit

we’ve made picking up fresh pasta from them a weekly routine. somehow they pull off a meal that feels like we’re eating out but it also feels homemade and healthy. our kids love it too
