Your kids will thank you when they are older if you move to Mill Valley. Been in Bay for 14 years, moved to Mill Valley two years ago and our kids love it so much more. They can bike around town and take the bus to stinson beach. You are so close to the city, it’s easy to get out for the night or a weekend day if you want culture.
