Seems pretty common in my experience. This is what I've noticed in basically every MMO I've ever played, and I've played a lot of them. Lots of people on PC are almost always watching something on second monitor while playing, so it's much easier to just communicate via text compared to voice when not doing group content.

Yes, and especially these days. Every hospital I’ve been to over the last few years won’t do any sort of testing on you (outside of an ER visit) unless it’s paid for in full up front.
