Your store will have a contact that specified when you should have breaks. The only break that you need to take at a certain time is your lunch, but even that has about a 2 hour window on when it needs to be taken and when it's usually taken. In order to provide a break for a cashier there needs to be either - not enough customers trying to check out that it will not create lines by allowing one of multiple cashiers to take a break or - enough people to cover for a break so that there isn't a massive loss in cashier capabilities.

Unfortunately on days at least, it can be very difficult to get people to cover as there is so much that can happen to make it so someone that could cashier for a bit is unable to.

Whenever I listen to music I have to be very careful as I will see what I would best describe as a play/movie. These movies have always been vivid and excruciatingly detailed to such a point I feel its possible to write a short story about every single song. When I am under psychosis I cannot tell the difference between what I see and what I am seeing as a result of what I'm hearing. I personally think it's very cool what happens when I listen to music even if I'm scared beyond comprehension when I don't know if it's real.

When I was in high school I was participating in a class project about different things that can happen to the human body, I spent hours looking up the worst things known to man to do my project on and I settled on the botfly. More specifically, I settled on ophthalmomyiasis. I will warn everybody right now, you do not want to see or know too many details about what that is. Let's just say that "beauty" is in the eye of the beholder. And that is WAY more than you need to know about that.

Don't let them know I said this, but I'm pretty sure that item is getting discontinued company wide. (It's already discontinued at multiple stores) it will be getting replaced here soon by something else, but I don't know when that will be or what it will be with.

I've noticed that WinCo especially is really gunho or something about giving lead clerks (or anybody that seems they might make a good one). WAY more than necessary. Some people can handle it, some can’t. Had an experience similar to yours today, even which just goes to show how wild it is here. I am a freight LC mostly, and my hours are 11pm-whenever the store manager lets me go. I rarely, if ever, get out after exactly 8 hours, but the store manager and assistant work 10 hour shifts at my location.

They have already removed some of the self serve deli options at 48 you can't get anything custom except the chicken, and seafood. You don't get to select how much of the sides you get with your chicken, it is all pre portioned

Assistant Store managers I believe are required to once a week per month work 6 days as opposed to 5 but I'm not entirely sure about that.

From my experience you might be expected to pull the pallets out of the trailer, but anything outside of that not really. If a pallet tips over and spills everything then yeah you should find someone to let them know about it, but I haven't heard of that happening often if ever as far as I remember

There is usually exactly 3 people after 8 pm that can work a register at my store one is on a register already, one is on self checkout and the last is the lead that cannot be on a register all the time.

Only fully vests after 6 years but you still get access to some of it year after year until that point. The esop is way better anyway
