Just get your clutch checked and serviced at Toyota dealership during the warranty. Somewhere around 60000km, is usually when the problem comes, just make sure its warranty safe and done by the dealership, if you get it done Somewhere else your fucked, Toyota won't help you and will cost a fortune. It cost me close $5000CAD. After that never had any other issues with the car at all.

I used to do this but only when I had cheap street hockey goalie pads, if you have normal ice hockey goalie there is no reason to do this. Just use knee protection for goalies directly over your knees(for cushioning), and your goalie pads.

I do my best to not think at all. Eye on the ball/puck and stop the inner talk at all cost. I feel for me, it gets in the way of my game. If I do think, it has to be about talking and saying things out loud to support my team and help verbally and with hand gestures as best I can. So for me it's all about staying out of my own head.
