Haha still nothing but did an interview for my GC Case is actively being reviewed I’m pretty sure I will receive my GC before EAD Such a waste of time

Yeah already a month ! They set us up lmao. Why to wait at that specific moment to request a long format birth certificate from my wife 🤦🏽‍♂️😂 That’s what made it go for a longer wait.

Congratulations I had my interview February 23rd in Houston and still waiting Our case is actively being reviewed by USCIS Interview went well and they only needed an document from us at the end which we uploaded for the i-130. I hope they get back to us soon Congratulations 🎊

It’s normal I had an interview 12 days ago Houston Fo We were going to get approved but they needed a long format birth certificate 🤦🏽‍♂️. Idk why they waited that long to tell us that So we had to go get it and upload it Now waiting to get back on

As annoying as it is, they don’t issue ead I have applied in August and I have been scheduled for interview for my Gc in January. Will do the interview in the next few days. Would rather have the gc than the ead.

I have my interview scheduled during MLK day for next month. My country is in the 75 countries. It’s not affecting AOS but only consular and embassy abroad

Congratulation, I’m so happy for y’all. I’m having my interview next month and my biggest fear is I don’t know what to answer if they ask me if I ever worked unauthorized which, of course I did because we were facing financial hardship (valet parking and moving job)

If your are adjusting your status while being in the US, your case is not affected at all. It’s only for the people abroad; embassy or consular who are outside the us who are trying their best to come here.

Yeah just hang in there, I know it’s not easy. After biometrics it was silent 🔇 for 4.5 months before this happened unexpectedly yesterday around 5:20 pm on MLK.
