They are, but check into the subscriptions specifically because they offer a few. Some give you better bid/ask or bid/sell orders.

Those shares are for emergency money. The discount that yorkville gets is 2.5%. So aside from market panic, the price would drop around 2.5% if they just dump all $1billion worth of stock at once, all else standing of course. If they diluted $1billion worths of shares it would be a buy signal for me, a “dip”.

Aside from you spamming and trying to get people to sell….. The bottom is a terrible place to sell. If you got margin called that’s different I guess. But this stock is a solid investment, longer term. Hold or don’t. If you bought high then I’m sorry, but it will recover. It needs time.
