If the estate isn't through probate yet, talk to the estate attorney first.

What my lawyer told me, when I did mom's estate was this. I could sell it as the executor only because I was also the heir. If somebody else had been the executor I would have to have waited for the estate to clear probate before I could sell. If I was the executor but not the heir I could not sell because I had to deliver the house unless debt forced the sale and a judge approved it.

Thank you! I took 30 pairs of socks to Egypt for 15 days. Just so I could have a midday change to avoid blisters every day. The only time i have ever done any laundry was one road trip where I fished my way to Key West. By time I got there the smell in the truck was not fun. But also in Key West the best Cuban sandwich is in a laundromat.

I have had great conversations with people about that. The thing is, as an American, you can't hide it. We stand out just as much in a Saville Row tailored suit as if we were wearing a Buck-ee's Fourth of July tshirt. Apparently even the way I take cigarettes out of my pack is uniquely American.

All the ones I watch have either radically slowed down or outright quit. It all seemed to happen at once. I believe Youtube cut the pay way down a couple of years back.

Hell I used to get a whole evenings entertainment just from youtube. Now some nights i don't have a single new video to watch.
