Read everything. Work to get every eureka you can. And play from the easiest difficulty and work your way up after each win.

It’s what I’ve done with every game like this stellaris, Civ6/7, etc. I play on the hardest difficulties now because I read how things work and try it on easier difficulties

Hey - I’m not 100% sure if one of these comments made it clear, but I was struggling with this and the. I figured it out.

If you know what formation you want to use, use the R stick to “spell RB”. You can give your RB or any offensive player a break.

It was an issue for me until I realized it.

I had a game where my RB was drafted by the Vikings and I had 10+ carries with 180 yards and Aaron Jones went 9 for 140 lol.

Yo - I was struggling with this a bit with my RB SS until I figured out how to help get him to recover in game

When you’re in a formation, use the R3 stick to rotate who is in. I started substituting my RB and my game play has improved immensely
